Six Senses Kanuhura is a laid-back island retreat in Lhaviyani Atoll, known for one of the finest and largest beaches in the Maldives and encompassing three private islands. It is a 40-minute seaplane ride from Velana International Airport, and has 85 beach, family and overwater villas with one to three bedrooms, the majority with private pools. The Six Senses Spa uses the powers of the ocean and local Maldivian ingredients - coconut, mango, papaya, honey, lemon, basil and mint - alongside the sounds of the oceanic drum and Koshi chimes. A Biohacking Lounge offers jet-lag and recovery therapies including compression therapy, vibrational pain relief and rejuvenating face masks. Treatment journeys begin with the male or female heat experience journey of hot and cold water pools. Facilities: eight treatment rooms including one couple's suite and one VIP suite, Biohacking Recovery Lounge, separate female and male heat and water facilities (steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool and jacuzzi), Private Training Studio, Class Studio, Nail Bar and Alchemy Bar. Fitness facilities include an Indoor Yoga Pavilion, gym, Outdoor Beachfront Yoga Pavilion and squash and tennis courts.

The brand-wide Grow With Six Senses initiative encompasses all six dimensions of wellness so children can connect to nature and the marine environment while having fun. The Kuda Vela kids' club welcomes 3- to 11-year-olds with creative, educational and fun indoor and outdoor activities, from treasure hunts to art from recycled materials and kids' yoga.
