Kagi Maldives Resort and Spa sits at the tip of North Male Atoll, 54 kilometres from Velana International Airport, on a 42,000 square metre island with 691 metres of beach line and a 360-degree house reef a step away. The resort runs on the One Island - One Resort model with just 50 villas, every one of them with a private pool, split between beach, lagoon and ocean settings. Design is inspired by Zen architecture, and the island carries four restaurants, the overwater Baani Spa, an overwater gym and a dive and snorkelling operation on the house reef.

The spa includes steam rooms, a gym, a hair and beauty salon and four over-water treatment rooms with ocean views. Premium All-Inclusive guests receive a one-time 20% discount on selected spa treatments and wellness packages booked during the first 2 days, and complimentary use of the Wellness Centre and steam rooms.

The resort features an awe-inspiring 360-degree house reef just a step away, home to sea turtles, corals, reef sharks and thousands of tropical fish, with 691 metres of beach line around the island.

Kagi Maldives offers renewal of wedding vows, described as a beach or lagoon setting with champagne at sunset and an intimate dinner served on the beach; the resort says it will create the ceremony in detail at whichever location the couple chooses.

About 15 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport, then a 3 to 5-minute boat ride to reach the resort. Arrival seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights arriving between 06:00hrs and 15:00hrs; departure seaplane transfers for international flights departing from 09:00hrs onwards. The last flight departure from Kagi Maldives is usually between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs. Complimentary lounge at the seaplane terminal during the 2-3 hour wait. Luggage allowance 20kg checked and 5kg hand luggage; TMA may charge extra above this. Also available: Speedboat (60 min).
