The Spa by Clarins is described as the only Spa by Clarins in the Maldives - a world-class sanctuary set against a panorama of the Indian Ocean, offering a bespoke range of holistic wellness journeys across 10 luscious garden pavilions. Open 10:00-20:00. Spa and yoga appointments are made on ext 798 (Dhigurah), ext 503 (Falhumaafushi) or through reception. No treatment menu or prices were readable in the supplied documents.
Turtle Kids Club is open 09:00-18:00 and takes children aged 3 to 12 for nature walks, beach games, arts and crafts and water activities with professionally trained facilitators. A separate teens programme offers activities to keep teenagers entertained. Babysitting service is listed under Services & Amenities. The dive centre runs a PADI Bubble Maker session for children aged 8-9 at $180++ per person, and excursions carry a 25% discount for children below 12 (except the Full Day Snorkelling Excursion, where the children's price is the same).
A guided House Reef Orientation runs 30 minutes at 14:00 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at $15++ per person, and is included once during the stay for All-Inclusive guests. A 60-minute House Reef Snorkelling with a private guide is available at $55++ per person. The documents do not describe the reef itself, its distance from shore or its condition.
The domestic timing sheet notes the estimated 55 minutes does not include flight diversions, which occur from time to time. The resort's airport representative meets guests in the Velana International Airport arrival hall (counter D-18) and handles domestic check-in; a representative then meets guests at the domestic airport and takes them to the jetty for the speedboat. Domestic check-in starts 2 hours before departure; resort departure starts 1 hour before the return flight. Baggage allowance 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage (one piece, max 20 x 12 x 7 inches); excess baggage approximately USD 4.40 net per kg payable at the airport. International flight details are required 14 days prior to arrival.
